Five trainers attended the first day of the “fine tuning for trainers” organised by Training 2000 and CNA in Pesaro. The session took place on 20 November 2015 and was focused mainly on the training path, the description of the state of the art in using ICT in educational contexts and a hands-on session with some online tools for trainers.
The next sessions will be focused on the exploration of interactive material in Italian language and on the creation of training material for specific topics of the training path.
The Austrian pre-pilot course took place in Korneuburg on 24th October 2015. We started the day with a presentation about the C95 Challenge project an d gave an overview on the agenda and aims of the training
Afterwards, the drivers had the opportunity to get an initial overview of the learning materials using PC station. The drivers were divided into 4 groups in order to test the learning materials again. During the second part of the pre-pilot course, the proposed app was installed on smart phones and the drivers worked primarily using the mobile wireless network. In the third part, the written portion of the feedback forms was clarified and discussed as a part of the feedback session. The Participants were motivated primarily by the interactive videos and quizzes.
On the 7th November 36,6 CC conducted the pre-pilot of C-95 Challange with Polish drivers. It was occasion to test the interactive materials, applications and quizes on computers and mobile devices.
The Pre-Pilot with drivers took place in Alcoi on 30 October. The testing sessions, organised by CPFP Catarroja, included a brief presentation of the project (partners, objectives, results and materials) and the testing of the materials produced by the partnership (training path and interactive material).
The pre pilot in Italy took place on 30 October 2015, in Pesaro. Overall 16 participants attended the pilot training. The pre pilot with drivers was organized in two sessions, 4 hours each.
The first piloting session started with the presentation of the project and the features of the website, facebook page and Linkedin Group. Training 2000 and CNA presented C95-Challenge project describing objectives, partnership, activities carried out and material produced. Each participant received the printed version of the leaflet in Italian language. The activities foreseen for the Pre-Pilot with drivers were presented to give an overview of the sessions.
The practical activities started with the presentation of the training path produced by the partnership. The different elements of the training path were presented (topics, sub-topics and learning outcomes). Each participant received a printed copy of the training path and was asked to give some feedback based on his experience and professional needs.
After that, the interactive materials produced were presented defining the educational areas covered by the interactive slides and videos.
The last part of the first session and the second session were dedicated to test the interactive material using different mobile devices (Smartphones, tablets and laptops).
